Information Technology Support Engineer

Are you an IT Support Engineer with MSP experience looking to take the next step in your career?

Were partnering with a well-established Managed Service Provider based in Birmingham that supports a diverse client base across professional services, manufacturing, and construction.

Youll be part of a close-knit technical team delivering first-class support, project work, and on-site installations for SME clients across the Midlands.

The Role:

• Provide 1st2nd Line technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
• Manage tickets through to resolution, escalating complex issues when required
• Install and configure workstations, servers, and network devices
• Assist with Microsoft 365 migrations, Azure AD, and Intune deployments
• Support site visits for client projects and IT audits

About You:

• Background working for an MSP or IT service provider
• Confident supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VLANs)
• Experience with Azure, Intune, or RMM tools (e.g. NinjaOne, Atera, ConnectWise) beneficial
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
