  • Taking ownership of features from design through to deployment

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience building production ready applications with React and Next.js
  • Confident use of JavaScript and TypeScript, with a focus on performance and modern React patterns
  • Proven experience developing APIs or backend services with Python and FastAPI
  • Comfortable working across the full stack and switching between frontend and backend problem solving
  • Experience with MongoDB, Redis, and cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
  • Experience working with data heavy or AI driven products is a bonus
  • A proactive engineer who enjoys working in a small, fast moving team

  • Backend: Python (FastAPI)
  • Database: MongoDB
  • Caching & queueing: Redis
  • Cloud: Azure (transitioning to GCP, AWS possible in future)

What you'll get

  • The chance to work on a technically challenging, AI powered platform with real world impact
  • A collaborative environment with low bureaucracy and genuine ownership over your work
