Workday integration Lead
The Workday Integration Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of integrations between Workday and external systems in a global implementation. This role ensures alignment with business requirements, data governance, and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration workstream across all phases of the Workday implementation.
- Define integration strategy, architecture, and governance.
- Manage a team of integration consultants and developers.
- Collaborate with functional leads, security teams, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee the development of EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and custom integrations.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy and security regulations.
- Drive integration testing and support defect resolution.
- Provide regular status updates and risk mitigation plans to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in HRIS/ERP integrations, with 4+ years in Workday.
- Proven experience leading global Workday integration projects.
- Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of data security, GDPR, and global compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications Required/Preferred:
- Workday Integration Core Certification (Required)
- Workday Studio Certification (Preferred)
- Workday Pro Certification - Integrations (Preferred)
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) (Preferred)
Note: It is a Hybrid role (2 or 3 days onsite in a week).
