Anaplan Model Builder

Anaplan Model Builder up to £75k depending on experience Hybrid - 3 days in Southwest London

I am recruiting for an experienced Anaplan Model Builder who will act as the system owner for FP&A within the finance function. You'll be responsible for designing, improving, and maintaining Anaplan models that power financial reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.

This is a strategic and hands-on finance systems role - ideal for someone who's comfortable owning Anaplan models end-to-end, improving processes, and partnering across finance and tech to make planning and reporting smarter and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, enhance, and maintain Anaplan models to support FP&A and broader finance needs
• Lead and support other Anaplan users (e.g. Page Builders) within the Finance team
• Ensure models are user-friendly and enable self-service analytics
• Streamline and improve existing models and system processes
• Manage data integrations between Anaplan and the company's data warehouse
• Partner with Finance and Technology teams to align models with business goals
• Promote best practices and a collaborative, inclusive working culture

Candidate specification:

• Hands-on Anaplan model-building experience for finance use cases
• Certified Anaplan Model Builder (Level 3 preferred, but not essential)
• Strong understanding of core finance processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting)
• Ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights
• Confident working cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders
• Proactive, efficiency-driven mindset focused on automation and enabling users
