This role will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the organisation’s IT operations, projects, and business partnering functions. Acting as deputy to the Director of IT, this position ensures the delivery of robust, secure, and innovative technology solutions that support clinical and business objectives.

Role and Responsibilities:

Deputise for the Director of IT, providing leadership and decision-making in their absence.

Manage and develop teams across:

o IT Run (day-to-day operations and infrastructure)

o IT Project Management (delivery of technology projects)

o Business Partnering (liaison between IT and business units to align technology with organisational goals).

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Strategic & Operational Delivery

Support the development and execution of the IT strategy aligned with organisational objectives.

Oversee project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable outcomes.

Cyber Security & Compliance

Maintain a strong cyber security posture across all systems and processes.
