🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the sales function across the UK market
- Build and execute sales strategies targeting small to mid-sized enterprises
- Drive new business within financial services, legal, and property sectors
- Manage and optimise the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to strengthen market positioning
- Maintain high standards of compliance knowledge, especially KYC/KYB and AML trends
💼 Requirements
- 5+ years’ sales experience in KYC/KYB, AML, fraud prevention, regtech, or compliance
- Strong network and understanding of SME clients in financial services, legal, or property
- Proven track record of achieving (and exceeding) revenue targets
- Ability to communicate complex compliance solutions in a simple, value-driven way
- Leadership qualities with the ability to shape and scale a sales team
