We're a high-growth, high-ambition cybersecurity company looking for a GTM Sales Director who knows how to win big, lead from the front, and bring a modern, disciplined approach to selling cybersecurity into the world’s most demanding clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a role for a builder, a driver, and a closer. You’ll:

  • Lead and inspire a team of committed sales professionals
  • Own GTM execution across the UK, with a focus on London's financial markets
  • Roll up your sleeves and hunt new business across financial services, corporates, and large enterprise
  • Open doors across both the buy side and sell side, using your deep market knowledge
  • Shape revenue strategy while staying hands-on with major accounts and high-value opportunities
  • Champion our value proposition in a competitive, fast-evolving security landscape

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who has already “been there and done it” in cybersecurity sales. Specifically:

  • 10+ years in cybersecurity sales, ideally a blend of enterprise and financial services
  • Proven experience selling into banks, hedge funds, asset managers, insurers, and global corporates
  • Strong GTM background in a high-growth, scale-up, or challenger brand
  • A hunter mentality — you love the chase, the competition, and the close
  • Leadership credentials: you’ve led teams, built culture, and delivered results
  • A natural storyteller who can turn complex security conversations into business value
