About the Role
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Data Administratorto join our team in Chesterfield.
The technical services team work closely with the operational aspects of the business, as a Data Administrator you will assist with collating, filing and maintaining such information to support these activities. Responsible for maintaining accurate records and assisting in the preparation and processes that ensure information is provided in a timely manner to the technical services team, the business and our clients and ensuring data is both accurate and of a good quality.
What you will be doing:
Operational Administration
Receiving works from site
Maintaining records to update job status
Carrying out validation procedures
Working in conjunction with the operational side of the business
Preparing presentation of deliverables including reports
Using a range of software, including Microsoft Excel and industry specific applications
General Administration
Maintaining records
Filing
Updating confidential commercial information
Data entry
Assisting in the planning and preparation of site work
Using software applications to produce plans
Producing schedules
Following client specifications as necessary
What you will bring:
Required qualifications & Professional Membership(s):
Level 3 or higher IT related qualification is desirable
Desired Knowledge & Experience:
Previous data analysis experience is desirable
Basic level of understanding of data analysis and processing principles
General office and administration duties
Familiarity with working from maps and plans
Skills & Personal Qualities:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Numerate and literate
Communication skills
Personable telephone manner and customer service skills when dealing with clients calls
Commitment to task completion
Can-do attitude
Able to work individually and within a team
Demonstrate own initiative
Attention to detail
Willing to carry out a range of duties as required by the business
