Quality & Assurance Test Analyst to work in an interesting and diverse environment covering bespoke Applications, APIs, ERP/CRM systems and wider IT infrastructure as part of an enterprise-wide transformation programme.

This household name in higher education, has an international footprint across over 50 countries and is working third party development partners to build a sector leading technology service. The work is varied and interesting and you can expect every day to bring a different challenge.

About you

You will have demonstrable experience in software testing roles within agile delivery environments. Other key skills to succeed in this role include:

• Strong understanding of web platforms, backend integrations, and cloud-hosted services
• Skilled across the full testing lifecycle
• Excellent defect management and traceability practices, with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfortable working with offshore and vendor teams to uphold quality standards and delivery timelines
