Our client, a leading and fast-growing Logistics IT company, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic business at the forefront of innovation in IT Logistics.

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for drivers and partner clients, delivering a seamless onboarding experience. You’ll manage enquiries, guide drivers through onboarding and documentation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a professional and efficient process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat queries from drivers and partner clients regarding onboarding and account setup.
  • Support drivers with document uploads, compliance checks, and status updates within the onboarding system.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure timely completion of onboarding milestones.
  • Occasionally travel to depots to meet drivers, deliver onboarding support, and handle face-to-face issues when required.
  • Deliver clear, engaging presentations on new app features to drivers, while staying highly organised in planning sessions, managing materials, and completing follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and onboarding progress using CRM systems and internal tools.
  • Provide proactive communication and clear updates to drivers throughout the onboarding process.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide valuable feedback to the operations team to support process improvements.

About You

  • Experience in customer service or operations support—ideally within logistics, recruitment, or compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Calm, professional approach to handling escalations.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement and representing the business to a high standard.
