Key Account Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with our most valuable clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and aligning solutions with business needs.

Based in Doncaster, this role sits within a growing technical business and offers the opportunity to shape client success while fully supporting all sales processes. You’ll be instrumental in converting leads into loyal clients, delivering tailored cloud-based solutions, and contributing to the company’s continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation and conversion using CRM tools and strategic follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and product developments, especially in cloud solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular performance reports.

Key Information:

  • £45,000 Starting Salary
