Data Reporting Manager - London

We have an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable insurance company as a Data Reporting Manager on a permanent basis.

The role will primarily focus on setting and promoting high standards for data across the business, contributing to data governance and data modelling activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Working with the business to ensure that stakeholders and users understand the value of data standards for reporting and compliance purposes
• Ensuring the use of automated data quality tooling where possible
• Ensuring that all data reporting activities are aligned with business objectives
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Data Owners and reporting on data issues faced across the business
• Acting as a champion across the business for best practice with data
• Ensuring that the business remains compliant with financial regulations

Key skills required:

• Excellent data quality knowledge
• Understanding of data governance related tooling
• Experience working with PowerBI
• The ability to manipulate data and apply formulae
• Understanding of data sets specifically within the insurance industry
