About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR/People Lead to play a pivotal role on our large-scale S/4HANA transformation programme. This is a rare opportunity to shape the way our teams work, embed new ways of thinking, and ensure our people are fully supported through a major business and technology shift.
You will be the driving force behind organisational readiness, culture alignment, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption across the programme. Working alongside Delivery, Change, HR, and SAP functional teams, you’ll ensure our people are equipped, inspired, and confident as we transition to S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the People Workstream across the S/4HANA programme, ensuring all workforce-related activities are planned, communicated, and delivered effectively.
- Develop and execute the People Strategy, covering organisation design, role mapping, capability uplift, training, and change impacts.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, functional leads, and programme stakeholders to support adoption and behavioural change.
- Define role-based competency and skill requirements for the future SAP-enabled operating model.
- Oversee the training and enablement approach for all impacted teams, working closely with Learning & Development and SAP training specialists.
- Support organisational change by identifying impacts, managing resistance, and ensuring teams are ready for new processes and technologies.
- Act as a key ambassador for the programme’s people-first culture, championing communication, collaboration, and wellbeing.
- Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to the Programme Leadership Team.
About You

- An experienced People Lead/Change Lead/ Project Lead with exposure to major transformation programmes.
- Knowledgeable in SAP S/4HANA or large SAP change initiatives is essential.
- A natural communicator who can engage people at all levels with clarity and empathy.
- Skilled in change management, organisational design, capability planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Passionate about making change meaningful, accessible, and sustainable.
- Confident operating in a fast-paced environment with complex business and technology landscapes
