Relex Super User

Our Midlands based retail client is seeking a talented RELEX Super User to join their established retail operation and to drive utilisation of the system across the business

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the in-house subject matter expert for the RELEX ensuring optimal performance across the business

• Provide first-line support to operational teams, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training or refresher sessions to ensure effective system use.

• Maintain and optimise RELEX configuration settings and inform the business of feasible changes

• Identify opportunities to streamline forecasting, replenishment, and planning processes and advise the company on best practice changes

• Lead system testing for updates, enhancements, and new features. Support change management activities and ensure smooth rollout of new functionalities.

• Collaborate with RELEX consultants, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and align system capabilities with business needs.

Key Skills:

• Proven operational experience as a Super User for RELEX within a supply chain and retail environment
• Strong soft skills including stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Must be commutable to the West Midlands at least 3 times per week
• Must be willing to travel nationally for implementation processes
