Contract Project Manager | GCP Cloud Migration | Banking

UK mid-tier bank is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-phase infrastructure migration to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .

You’ll be navigating a sophisticated hybrid environment, transitioning workloads from on-premise data centres and existing cloud providers into a consolidated GCP ecosystem.

The Role

  • Leading the Migration: Mapping out the journey from on-prem legacy systems to GCP.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Agile Delivery: Managing sprints while maintaining the high-level governance required in a regulated environment.

Experience required

  • Banking: You understand the red tape, the security protocols, and the stakes of a UK financial environment.
  • Cloud: You’ve led GCP migrations before

This role is outside IR35, an initial 6 months, and you will need to work in the London office 3 days per week.
