Account Executive – Full-Cycle B2B Sales

SW London Office

Salary up to £45K + Great Commission + Benefits (including a monthly Bonus to support you whilst you build your own client base)

I’m recruiting for an exciting and high-growth b2b client that helps solution providers connect with senior tech decision-makers across top companies.

They’ve partnered with hundreds of solution providers, including IBM, SAP, Accenture, delivering high-value 1-to-1 meetings, sponsorships, and brand visibility opportunities.

I’m looking for driven, energetic and experienced B2B Tech Sales professionals to join their new UK team, own the full sales cycle, drive new business, and grow key accounts - a great opportunity for experienced, ambitious, hunter-style B2B salespeople.

This is a NEW business, consultative sales role with clear KPIs and plenty of opportunity to make a real impact and earn generous financial rewards.

What the role involves:

  • Prospecting and qualifying potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline of meetings.
  • Generating new business via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Selling access to a high-value executive community, helping clients achieve their goals through:
  • 1-to-1 digital meetings with the right decision-makers
  • Sponsorship opportunities at executive events
  • Brand promotion and visibility initiatives
  • Delivering consultative sales by understanding client objectives and recommending the most effective solutions
  • Managing the accounts that you win, building trust, and expanding relationships over time
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients get the best results and ambitious sales targets are met
  • Owning the full sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients

What my client is looking for:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the UK, ideally working with enterprise clients; experience in SaaS, media, sponsorship or tech sales.
  • Experience selling access to platforms, communities, meetings, or subscription-based B2B products
  • Comfortable owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, arranging meetings, delivering demos, closing deals, and managing accounts
  • Confident in outbound sales and skilled in consultative selling, uncovering client needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and comfortable in a hunter-style role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term client success
