Responsibilities

• Resolve system user queries and troubleshoot technical issues
• Advise customers on how to get the best from the software’s functionality
• Support clients in configuring the system to meet their business needs
• Build strong, professional relationships with customers
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and new functionality
• Collaborate with internal teams on testing and new software releases
• Occasionally visit customers to better understand their requirements

Work arrangement: Hybrid (After initial training)

Salary: £28,500
