Customer Services Coordinator
As a Customer Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, engaging, and practical advice. You’ll handle enquiries, resolve day-to-day support issues, and deliver training to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing system.
- Respond to enquiries, resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.
- Maintain and update user and internal documentation.
- Deliver system training to customers (in person, online, or at our offices).
- Support ongoing system maintenance and suggest improvements to internal processes.
- Communicate best practices and uphold organisational values
Essential Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; confident liaising with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience of working independently and to deadlines, both in-office and remote.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Desirable Experience and Skills:
- Experience with CMS or CRM systems.
- Experience within a SaaS organisation
- Familiarity with similar system functionality.
- Experience delivering training.
