The Role:

As Marketing Manager, you will execute marketing initiatives that drive growth and strengthen our client’s brand presence. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with proven experience in B2B event marketing, Salesforce, and Marketo. This role is highly collaborative, working across sales, content, and events to ensure our client’s marketing efforts deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

  • Implement marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to drive attendee registration, lead generation, and brand visibility.
  • Support the development of audience acquisition strategies by building and managing targeted lists, segmenting databases, and tailoring campaigns to key personas.
  • Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns in Marketo, including segmentation, copywriting, testing, automation flows, and performance tracking.
  • Manage campaign workflows, lead capture, and reporting in Salesforce; ensure data accuracy and alignment with sales objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day organic and paid activities on LinkedIn, including content scheduling, engagement with industry professionals, and campaign optimization.
  • Assist in creating marketing content such as newsletters, social posts, website updates, and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with sales, content, and events teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and event timelines.
  • Track campaign performance in Salesforce and Marketo, prepare reports on key metrics, and provide recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Contribute to on-site and virtual event promotion, ensuring consistent branding and marketing execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B events, conferences, or related industries.
  • Deephands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM, campaign reporting, lead management) and Marketo (campaign execution, automation, database segmentation).
  • Proven track record managing email and LinkedIn campaigns (organic and paid).
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and lead nurturing for B2B campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to craft clear, compelling messaging.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
  • Team player with the ability to work across multiple departments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the data center, cloud, or related technology sectors is a strong plus.
