We are currently recruiting for a head of IT operations role on behalf of an international bank based in the city of London. They are looking for an experienced head of IT operations to come on board and guide the bank through some key initiatives.
Key role responsibilities

• Manage and lead IT operations across the bank
• Oversee IT process improvements and strategy implementation
• Manage IT infrastructure
• Assist head of operations in payment processing - including CHAPS and BACS
  

Required knowledge & experience:

• Extensive experience leading IT /operations within a UK FCA regulated bank.
• Must have solid understanding of core IT operations
• General banking operations experience: payments, settlements etc.
• Ability and experience in leading IT operations teams within a banking environment
