IT Support Technician

We are open to experience for this role; key, is a desire to work in IT and proven technical skills.

DAY TO DAY

• Provide day-to-day support for end-user hardware, software, and network issues.
• Communicate effectively with users from issue acceptance through to resolution.
• Set up, configure, and maintain IT systems, devices, and peripherals.
• Manage software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain asset lists and ensure company systems are properly inventoried.
• Support the internal service desk, ensuring all tickets are logged and resolved promptly.

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE

• Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to other UK sites when required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar IT role would be advantageous.
