In this role you would be responsible for being the first line of contact for customers and clients over the phone, providing technical sales, solving problems and allocating tickets to higher engineers.

The ideal IT Support would have come from a similar background, with a passion for computer science looking to progress and develop their IT career.

The Role:

• Providing software and hardware advice and troubleshooting to clients
• Logging and allocating tickets
• Providing customer care and support

The Person:

• Experience in IT support or software/hardware
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Passion for IT or computer science
