Technical Support - SQL, Scripting, Azure

SQL, PowerShell, Bash, Python, Azure, Application Support, JIRA (or Servicenow)

The role will simply be to provide support to client's technical issues, and work closely with the delivery teams.

It could suit a capable Computing Graduate, or someone with application/technical support experience across:

*SQL

*.NET

*Azure

*Incident management.

The role will play a key role in linking together teams and ensuring technical issues are resolved to SLAs.

Excellent interpersonal skills expected.

This is a balance between quite deep technical understanding and also internal stakeholder liaison and management.
