We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major digital transformation programme. This role is critical in bridging business needs and technology delivery—ensuring new digital solutions are well-designed, efficient, and aligned to organisational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements management, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, solution validation, and data analysis within digitalisation or IT transformation projects.

• Gather, analyse and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured specifications for technical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Map and analyse as-is business processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Design optimised to-be processes leveraging digital tools and automation.
• Support process standardisation and workflow improvements.

• Act as the main liaison between business users, product owners, and the IT development team.
• Facilitate workshops, clarify requirements, and manage expectations.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.

• Evaluate potential IT/digital solutions and participate in feasibility assessments.
• Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet requirements.
• Validate that the final product delivers the expected business value and outcomes.

• Assess project data requirements and support data mapping, migration, and integration activities.
• Ensure appropriate data governance, integrity, and quality standards are applied.
• Collaborate with data teams to support analytics or reporting needs.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digitalisation, IT transformation, or system implementation projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modelling, and workflow documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience validating and evaluating digital/IT solutions.
• Understanding of data structures, data quality, and data migration principles.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Experience with automation / digital tools (BPM, workflow tools, RPA, ERP/CRM, etc.).
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience facilitating workshops or user-training sessions.
