Systems & Process Analyst

Summary Mackie Myers is searching for a skilled Systems & Process Analyst with strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.Our Client Mackie Myers is supporting a successful multi-divisional organisation based in Oxford as they continue to invest in systems optimisation, process improvement and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to shape how the business operates across multiple departments and business units.The Role The Systems & Process Analyst will play a key role in reviewing, improving and embedding core business processes and systems across the organisation. Working closely with Finance, Operations, IT and other central functions, this individual will analyse current ways of working, identify improvements, support systems optimisation, and ensure effective adoption and documentation.This is a highly visible and impactful role, offering broad exposure, project ownership and the opportunity to influence business efficiency at a strategic and operational level.Main Duties
  • Review, map and analyse existing business processes across multiple divisions
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, explore challenges and design future-state processes
  • Support systems optimisation projects including configuration improvements, upgrades and new feature adoption
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs and training materials
  • Improve data integrity, workflow efficiency and reporting capability across functions
  • Build collaborative relationships and act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders
  • Champion continuous improvement and drive alignment across the organisation
The Successful Candidate
  • Proven experience in business analysis, systems optimisation or process improvement roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
  • Experience working in a multi-entity, multi-division or complex organisational structure
  • Familiarity with ERP or workflow management systems (desirable)
  • Collaborative mindset, proactive approach and keen eye for detail
