The Role

They are looking to bring in an Analytics Engineer to play a key role in shaping analytics-ready data models and enabling AI-powered insights across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of analytics engineering, customer enablement, and emerging AI technologies, offering a rare mix of hands-on technical work and strategic impact.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to design scalable data models, onboard users to the analytics platform, and continuously improve data accuracy, accessibility, and performance.

Your Experience

They are looking for a proactive, problem solving Analytics Engineer who enjoys combining technical depth with business impact. You’ll be comfortable owning data models end-to-end and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key requirements include:

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role
  • Strong expertise in DBT and advanced SQL
  • Experience using BI tools with built in NLQ capability, such as ThoughtSpot, Yellowfin, Tableau "AskData", QuickSighton, etc
  • Solid understanding of dimensional modelling (Kimball or similar methodologies)
  • Experience working with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts, semantic layers, NLQ tools, and analytics CI/CD practices
