My client are a fast-growing AI business entering an important phase of scale. As their teams and operations grow, they are looking for a Head of People to build and lead a people strategy that supports sustainable growth while preserving their culture and values.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and will play a key part in shaping how the organisation evolves globally.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and deliver a people strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and wider leadership team on all people-related matters
- Build scalable frameworks across talent acquisition, performance management, reward, learning and development, and employee experience
- Lead organisational design, workforce planning and change initiatives
- Embed a high-performance, inclusive and values-led culture
- Oversee people operations, policies and employment law compliance
- Develop and lead the People function as the company continues to scale
You must have:
- Significant experience in a senior People / HR leadership role, within a high-growth technology consultancy or AI-led organisation
- Proven ability to build and evolve people frameworks in scaling environments
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how people strategy enables business outcomes
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Sound knowledge of employment law and people best practice
- A collaborative, pragmatic leader with a hands-on approach
This is a senior leadership role with genuine influence on the company’s direction on a global scale. It will be an opportunity to shape the people strategy at a pivotal stage of growth, with full exposure to complex and interesting challenges within the AI sector. They offer fantastic flexibility and hybrid working 3 days a week in their London office.
