Senior Software Engineer
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Microsoft Copilot Studio Engineer to join our innovative team. This role plays a key part in driving the development and enhancement of Microsofts Copilot technology, an essential tool for productivity and creativity. In this role, youll use your technical expertise and creative thinking to help advance our ground breaking projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and Integration: Design, develop, and integrate new features for Microsoft Copilot, ensuring seamless functionality and a smooth user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding product managers, designers, and engineersto deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Testing and Debugging: Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure reliability and performance of Copilot features.
- Innovation: Continuously explore and implement innovative solutions to enhance Copilots capabilities.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for all developed features and integrations.
- Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C# , Python , or JavaScript . Experience with Microsoft Azure , AI , and machine learning technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience: Proven experience in software development, ideally within productivity tools or AI-driven applications.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Transferable Skills: Experience with power flow analysis and implementation, demonstrating the ability to manage and optimise data flows within complex systems.
- Power Automate Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline workflows, automate business processes, and enhance productivity through intelligent automation.
