Senior Marketing Campaign Lead in Tech
Senior Marketing Campaign Executive (with Line Management)
Birmingham (2 days in office) · Agile / hybrid · Competitive package
A growing, forward-thinking organisation in the planning and property space is looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Executive to lead multi-channel campaigns and drive product-led growth across a diverse portfolio of digital services. This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys blending data, creativity and leadership to build brands and accelerate performance.
You will sit within a wider growth and marketing function, owning brand and campaign activity across B2B and B2C audiences, with particular focus on digital products and services. Working closely with product, UX, sales and solutions teams, you will play a key role in aligning campaigns to business objectives, OKRs and revenue goals.
The business offers genuine flexibility (2 days per week in a central Birmingham office), strong benefits, and a culture that champions development, collaboration and evidence-based decision making.
The role
- Lead end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns across email, social, paid and content to build brand, generate leads and nurture key customer groups.
- Own product-led growth initiatives: defining activation, adoption and retention triggers, and using behavioural insights to improve performance.
- Drive conversion rate optimisation across websites, landing pages and in-portal journeys, partnering closely with UX and digital teams.
- Manage dashboards and reporting across analytics and CRM tools, turning data into clear commercial and marketing recommendations.
- Act as a guardian for brand messaging and visual identity across campaigns, content, decks and digital channels.
- Line manage and coach a junior marketer, fostering a culture of testing, learning and continuous improvement.
Role requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, with strong exposure to B2B campaigns and multi-channel delivery.
- Confident leading integrated campaigns and managing internal stakeholders, agencies or junior team members.
- Comfortable working with data, analytics and experimentation to guide strategy and optimise performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for brand, messaging and detail.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation and digital analytics tools.
- Sector experience in property or the built environment is helpful but not essential.
