What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Data Analyst, your days will be varied, challenging, and rewarding. You’ll be supported every step of the way as you learn how to:
- Collect & Clean Data: Work with data from different systems and sources, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Explore & Analyse: Use tools like Excel, SQL, Python or R to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
- Communicate Insights: Translate complex data into easy-to-understand findings for teams across the company
- Build Reports & Dashboards: Use tools like Power BI or Tableau to build interactive dashboards and visual reports
- Work on Real Projects: Collaborate with teams like Marketing, Finance, or Operations to solve business challenges with data
- Develop Your Skills: Learn best practices in data analysis, storytelling with data, and stakeholder communication
What We’re Looking For
We don’t expect you to be an expert — we’re here to help you grow. If you have the potential and passion for data, we’ll give you the tools and training you need to succeed.
Essential:
- A recent graduate (or soon-to-be) in a numerate, analytical, or problem-solving subject (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Maths, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity to dig into the “why” behind the numbers.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and at least one programming or data query language (e.g. Python, SQL, R, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Experience from a university project, internship or placement involving data
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistics or data modelling techniques
- Understanding of databases and how data is stored
