Day-to-day of the role:

• Contribute to customer retention and growth projects by providing data that informs strategic business decisions.
• Identify market opportunities and behavioural trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to report on KPIs and campaign outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, sales, data science, and leadership to support the transformation journey.
• Utilize exploratory data analysis techniques to forecast sales and customer behaviour.
• Ensure the cleanliness, preparation, and validation of data for accurate and reliable reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in a numerical, analytical, or programming field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction from databases.
• Experience with Python for data exploration and basic modelling.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with a natural curiosity to question, test assumptions, and explore data trends.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
