Commercial Lawyer
We are currently working on a hugely exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, highly respected in-house legal team at the centre of a fast-scaling global fintech.
As Commercial Counsel, you will lead complex, high-value sales agreements and partner closely with senior commercial stakeholders across the business. These are strategic, bespoke agreements, not standard templates which will require sound judgment, commercial creativity and confident negotiation skills. You will run negotiations end-to-end, structuring, drafting, negotiating, and closing high-value agreements while balancing multiple live matters and providing clarity and confidence in high-stake discussions.
To be considered for the role you should:
- Be a qualified lawyer with extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing a broad range of contracts including high value sales agreements
- Be comfortable running large, high-value deals independently, bringing firm but pragmatic negotiation instincts and a solutions-focused mindset
- Have worked within a global fintech or financial services organisation
- Be personable, confident, well-organised and able to build trust quickly across a global business
