Senior BI Analyst – Power BI & Dynamics 365 CRM

Salary: between £65,000- £75,000

Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office

A leading London-based investment management firm is seeking a Senior BI Analyst with expert-level Power BI skills and proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM data.

What You'll Do

• Act as the main BI contact for senior stakeholders
• Gather requirements and deliver high-quality dashboards and reports
• Build and optimise Power BI dashboards using Dynamics 365 CRM and external data sources
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all reporting
• Mentor team members and support ongoing BI process improvements

What You Need

• 5–7+ years' experience in BI
• Advanced Power BI development expertise
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM data
• Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging senior leaders
• Natural mentor with future leadership potential
