IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

This impressive law firm is looking for an IT Support Technician to assist the current internal IT team in providing first-line technical support and a range of IT operational tasks. You will work closely with their MSP and third-party vendors, supporting users, managing devices, and helping to optimise their IT processes. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach. This is a fantastic role due to growth which you can really make your own. Beginning as a 1-year contract with the view of it turning into a permanent role for the right person!
