IT Support Technician

I’m currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician on behalf of a Managed Service Provider, due to continued growth.This role offers a fast-paced support environment with opportunities to develop both 1st and 2nd line support skills. It’s well suited to an IT Technician with experience in an MSP or a similarly high-volume support setting, looking to broaden their technical exposure while supporting multiple customer environments.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support across client networks and end-user environments.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Deliver clear and professional communication via phone and email.
  • Provide remote support and occasional on-site assistance as required.
About You:
  • At least 1 year of experience within an MSP or a demonstrably high-volume, fast-paced support environment.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft-based environments and cloud technologies.
  • Comfortable working across a mix of 1st and 2nd line support tickets.
  • Flexible approach to working hours when required.
  • Full driving licence & access to your own vehicle.
