Finance Manager - Exciting Tech Business | Broxbourne | £45,000 - £60,000 | On-Site Role

An established yet fast-growing tech business based in Broxbourne is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Finance Manager to join its team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a genuine impact and grow into a future Head of Finance, Finance Director, or CFO role.

With revenues set to grow by 30% in the next 12 months through a blend of organic expansion and strategic M&A activity, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in steering the financial direction of the company during this pivotal growth phase.

• Lead and develop a small finance team (2.5 FTE)

• Oversee all core financial operations, including debtors, creditors, and cashflow management

• Deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Partner closely with the leadership team to shape commercial and operational strategy

• Manage financial processes across two entities and three subsidiaries, including UK and Dubai operations

• Work alongside an external CFO who provides one day per month of strategic oversight

• Currently operating as a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant with the ambition to grow within the role

• Comfortable in a hands-on, fully site-based environment

• Confident working in a fast-paced SME or scale-up environment

• Strong working knowledge of Xero and GoCardless is a plus

• Commercially astute with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• £45,000 - £60,000 salary depending on experience

• A collaborative and forward-thinking environment with a clear progression path

• Full involvement in strategic growth initiatives, including potential M&A work

• A business on the rise, with a headcount of 35-40 and strong growth plans
