Finance Manager B2B SaaS Scale-up

Finance Manager | Fast-Growing SaaS Scale-Up | London/Hybrid

The Business:

Harmonic is excited to be working with a high-growth SaaS scale-up in search of a Finance Manager to support their finance function in London.

Backed by industry-leading investors that have invested in some of the most disruptive technology companies in recent years, this is a high-impact role that is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The business is led by a highly driven and experienced leadership team with experience building successful start-ups and driving them through exponential growth.

Following a period of strong financial performance, they are searching for a hands-on Finance Manager that is driven, creative and capable of developing the finance function alongside a experienced Finance Director. You'll be a key contributor to the daily finance function while being responsible for building and maintaining financial processes. There is also an opportunity to step into a team leading role in the future.

The Role:

• Own the monthly management accounts process.
• Lead the annual audit and communicate with external auditors. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong internal controls to ensure integrity and financial data accuracy.
• Support the Finance Director on forecasting, budgeting and financial planning.
• Build out and improve daily financial processes.
• Develop metrics to support decision making (CAC, LTV, etc.).
• Use accounting software (Xero) and other financial processes to streamline and improve processes.

Essential:

• Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent.
• Trained in practice (ideally Big 4 or Top 10).
• 2 or more years post-qualification experience in industry
• Experience with audit functions.
• Experience building out finance functions/processes.

Non-Essential:

• Experience in a start-up/SME in Fintech/SaaS/Tech company.
• Understanding of metrics such as LTV, CAC, etc.

Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + share options
