Account Executive

About:

Our client are a leading tech innovator transforming estates, facilities & compliance management with next-gen CAFM solutions.

Role Description:

  • The Account Executive will be responsible to drive growth, build relationships, and support clients across the UK.
  • Manage & grow strategic client relationships
  • Identify, develop & close new business opportunities
  • Deliver demos, proposals & engaging presentations
  • Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with product & onboarding teams to ensure success
  • Monitor market trends & competitor activity
  • Engage senior stakeholders across sectors (facilities management experience- big advantage)

Key Skills Needed:

  • Solid account management & business development background
  • Confidence presenting tech-based solutions
  • FM/ NHS / public sector selling experience (highly desirable)
  • Experience in FM, estates, or CAFM platforms is a plus
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote role
  • CRM proficiency & structured sales process experience
  • Motivated, proactive and target-driven mindset
