This role is about supporting the businesses that form the backbone of this country — from ambitious start-ups and family-run companies to fast-growing SMEs and challenger-grade fintechs.

This role offers a clear progression path, with direct mentorship and support from the CISO and senior leadership to help you achieve this goal over time.

The Opportunity

• Lead meaningful, hands-on client engagements across Cyber Essentials, ISO27001, NIST.
• Act as a long-term trusted advisor to SME and mid-market clients
• Own and develop strong, lasting client relationships
• Influence and shape how the cyber practice evolves as the business scales

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in client-facing cybersecurity consulting, ideally within the SME space
• Comfortably managing utilisation.
• Experience writing policies that support your client's security, including BCM, DR, IR, etc
• A consultant who values quality, collaboration, and doing things properly
• Someone seeking stability, progression, and longevity, not a short stop
• Comfortable supporting growth and BD in a way that aligns with client value
