IT Support Officer | Close to Stockport, Manchester | 2 days a week on-site | £30,000 p/annum + Benefits

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable IT Support Officer who is eager to grow and take ownership of their role. • Provide frontline IT support to internal and external users, effectively troubleshooting issues via email, phone and in-person.

• Familiarity with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 Administration.

• Communicate clearly and professionally, adapting your style to suit different audiences, including senior management.

• Take initiative to resolve problems and escalate issues appropriately without waiting to be prompted.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes within the IT landscape.

• Document support activities, solutions, and procedures clearly for future reference.

• Contribute positively to team culture by demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude.

• Support IT projects and contribute ideas to improve systems and processes.

• Positive Attitude: Eager to take on challenges and handle them proactively.

• Adaptability: Open to learning new skills and adjusting to changing priorities.

• Strong Communication: Able to hold your own in conversations with senior stakeholders and explain technical issues in simple terms.
