It Support

- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across the business, both in person and remotely
- Log, manage, and resolve support requests through the internal ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager where required
- Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Assist with user account administration, system access, and security controls
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and common issues
- Contribute to IT projects and system improvements as directed by the IT Manager
- IT graduate or equivalent experience in a technical support environment
- Previous experience in an IT support role (1st or 2nd line) desirable
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, printers, and peripheral devices
- Experience working with a ticketing/helpdesk system
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests
