OneStream Technical Consultant/System Admin

We are seeking a permanent OneStream Administrator & Finance Systems Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day management, maintenance, and development of the OneStream financial consolidation platform. This role sits within the Data & Analytics team and works closely with both finance and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation, administration, and configuration of the OneStream platform.

• Support month-end and reporting cycles, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.

• Develop and enhance OneStream functionality, including workflows, calculations, reports, and integrations.

• Act as the internal subject-matter expert for finance systems, bridging the gap between finance users and technical teams.

• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate fixes, and optimise system performance.

• Work with external technical partners as needed for larger project-based work.

• Contribute to continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting capabilities.

About You

• Strong understanding of financial processes such as consolidation, reporting, and budgeting.

• Hands-on experience with OneStream (administration, configuration, and/or development).

• Ability to translate finance requirements into technical solutions.

• Comfortable working in a mixed team of data engineers, BI developers, and finance professionals.

• Proactive problem-solver with a focus on quality and service.
