Copilot Engineer

Copilot Engineer (12m FTC) - £80k-£100k - Financial Services - London (hybrid)

La Fosse are working with a leading financial services institute, rolling out Microsoft Copilot and scaling adoption across the business.

They're now looking for a Copilot expert on a 12m FTC basis to lead the lifecycle management for Copilot agents and workflows, administer and optimise the Copilot stack, and work with stakeholders across the company to help drive best practice and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio (agent building under the hood, not just prompts).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem: Power Platform, Dynamics, Fabric.
• Knowledge of data privacy and governance in AI deployments.
• Ability to scale solutions securely and manage decentralized usage.
