Salary: £100,000 - £115,000 base + car allowance + 20% bonus

About the Opportunity

We're working with a Global Telco business revolutionising the industry going through a huge cyber security transformation! I'm looking for a Director of Security Services Delivery Management to lead the operational delivery of security services across a diverse portfolio. You'll own the service roadmap, manage relationships with a top-tier Managed Service Provider, and ensure security services meet the highest standards of performance and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Lead the delivery of core security services across the organisation.
• Define and maintain the service catalogue and delivery roadmap.
• Act as the primary liaison with the supporting MSP, ensuring accountability and quality.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and a team of security service managers.

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience within service delivery management and information security.
• Strong understanding of security domains and managed security services.
• Proven leadership in large, complex organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
