Microsoft Specialist

Microsoft 365 Specialist | £60–75k DOE

We're looking for a Microsoft 365 specialist who's passionate about using technology to improve how people work.

This role sits within a small, collaborative IT team and focuses on getting the most out of Microsoft 365 - from SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive to Power Platform and Purview. You'll work closely with teams across the business to improve collaboration, strengthen security and compliance, and identify opportunities to automate and simplify everyday processes.

You'll also be involved in wider digital and cloud projects, working as part of a cross-functional team and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

• Rolling out and optimising Microsoft 365 tools across the business
• Improving collaboration, data management and secure ways of working
• Automating workflows using Power Platform
• Supporting M365 governance, permissions and compliance
• Championing modern workplace best practices

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
• Good understanding of cloud security, roles and permissions
• Exposure to Power Platform and PowerShell (or a willingness to learn)
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with users
