Salary: Up to £80,000 base + bonus & benefits

About the Opportunity

We're working with a Global Telco business revolutionising the industry going through a huge cyber security transformation! I'm looking for a Security Services Governance Senior Manager to ensure proper governance, documentation, compliance with service standards, quality management of security services and continuous improvement of service delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain security services catalog and service definitions.
  • Develop service governance metrics and reporting.
  • Coordinate service quality reviews and assessments, supporting service audits.
  • Coordinate service improvement initiatives and manage service change control processes.
  • Maintain service management policies and standards.
  • Develop and maintain service governance framework and processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience within service management and service governance.
  • A strong understanding of security domains and managed security services.
  • Proven experience working in large, complex organisations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of service management frameworks (ITIL, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
