Location: Reading or London (4 days onsite)
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 base + bonus
About the Opportunity
We're working with a global telecommunications business undergoing a major cybersecurity transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Security Tooling Senior Manager to take ownership of cloud-based security tools whilst overseeing the transition of tooling to a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
This role suits someone with strong technical expertise who can operate independently and confidently in a high-level environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain security tools (multi-cloud environment).
- Oversee tool configuration, optimization, and integration with other platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors and MSP during tooling transition and novation.
- Maintain documentation, access management, and reporting for security tools.
- Act as the subject matter expert for security tooling across the organisation.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in security tooling administration and engineering.
- Comfortable working in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders while delivering technical solutions.
- Background in security operations or IT systems administration.
