User Experience Manager

We’re hiring: UX Manager | £50,000 salary | London (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing tech innovator that’s redefining the health and wellness space through cutting-edge mobile apps. They’re looking for a User Experience Manager to elevate the design and usability of products trusted by millions globally.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire user journey - driving engagement, retention, and satisfaction across multiple apps. You’ll lead UX strategy and delivery, champion data-driven improvements, and work closely with design, product, engineering, and analytics teams to create seamless, intuitive experiences.

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive experience in UX leadership within mobile or app-driven environments
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and mobile usability best practices
• Ability to build scalable UX processes and frameworks
• Skilled in analytics, experimentation, and tools like Figma
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bonus: Familiarity with subscription models and agile workflows
