Service Desk Analyst

The Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be working in partnership with a National Law firm who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide an extra pair of hands for an initial 6-week period, during a busy time for the team, based onsite Monday to Friday at their Eastleigh office.  

You’ll be working as part of a talented Support team providing telephone, email and face-to-face support to around 600 users across 5 locations.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting key business applications including email, phone, web browsers, Microsoft operating systems and Citrix Desktop
  • Technical support for laptops, tablets, telephony, local servers, networks, cabling, printers and some office equipment, including scanners, photocopiers and video conferencing facilities

What they’re specifically looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar Service Desk / Desktop Support role
  • Ideally experience within a professional services environment, a law firm would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Great communication and customer service skills

You’ll be joining a really supportive and collaborative team helping them to maintain the exceptional levels of service they are known for providing to the firm.

This is for an initial 6 week period. Candidates must be available to commence work on Monday 20th October and be available for 6 weeks.
