We’re hiring a Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our ServiceNow-only recruitment business and take ownership of a fast-moving, high-value contract desk.

The role

• Build and scale a dedicated ServiceNow contract desk
• Work with partners, end customers, and enterprise programmes
• Source, qualify, and place specialist ServiceNow contractors
• Manage onboarding, compliance, extensions, and renewals
• Develop long-term relationships with contractors and clients
• Use market insight to advise clients, not just fill roles

What we’re looking for

• Experience in contract recruitment (tech or specialist markets preferred)
• Commercial mindset with strong delivery capability
• Confidence in client conversations and contractor management
• Organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working at pace
• Ambition to become a recognised specialist rather than a generalist
